Typical time frame from first phone call to completion of job is usually 2 weeks (or less). This obviously will depend on your schedule, our schedule, the materials being in stock, and of course the size of the job. This is an estimate and cannot be used for an accurate time frame for all jobs.

Setup an estimate with Square 1 Renovations. This is 100% free and works around your schedule.

Discuss the project you wish to complete. Most estimates are scheduled within 48-72 hours of your phone call to set it up. During that time it’s always good to check out what kind of materials you want for your new job. This also helps when we put together your estimate so we know what we’re dealing with when giving you a price. We will also suggest different vendors we work closely with to help you find the perfect appliance, fixture, tiling, etc.!

Accept or deny the bid. Hopefully you have agreed and accepted at this point and the job can move on! Once you have selected which materials you wish to move forward with we will start the ordering and possible demo process.

Once the materials needed have arrived we will pick it up or have delivered to the job site and start prepping for installation.

The install. Typical bathroom installations take 2-3 days. Complete remodels 4-6 days. Each job is different and could take more or less time to complete.
